MARTY BURGER

Chief Executive Officer, Silverstein Properties, Inc.

Marty Burger is Chief Executive Officer of Silverstein Properties,
Inc. He leads the company's day to day activities, and focuses
on its acquisition, development and financing efforts in the United
States and abroad. He is a Trustee, a Governor and Global Board Member
of the Urban Land Institute, a board member of The Catalog for Giving
and the Battery Conservancy, and an advisory board member of the
Zell/Lurie RE Center at Wharton, the Center for RE and Finance at
Cornell University, the NYU Schack RE Institute and the Lincoln Center
RE and Construction Council. Mr. Burger received a Bachelor of Science
degree in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of
Pennsylvania.

Vice Chairman, Jones Lang LaSalle New York Brokerage

Alexander M. Chudnoff specializes in the real estate needs of
financial services, technology and consumer products organizations
with a primary focus on tenant representation throughout the New York
Tri-state Region. Mr. Chudnoff has been a force in the real estate
industry for more than 21 years and has been instrumental in
negotiating many of Manhattan's most complex real estate
transactions within the financial services/asset management class
industry. Mr. Chudnoff received a Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration from Old Dominion University. He is a member of the
Real Estate Board of New York and is involved in many charitable and
philanthropic foundations.
