Honoring Michael Fisch,

CEO of American Securities LLC 

Michael Fisch is the CEO of American Securities LLC which he founded in 1994 and today manages on a discretionary basis approximately $15 billion of committed equity capital. Mr. Fisch is a managing member of the American Securities Partners' series of private equity funds. 

Michael is a Trustee of Princeton Theological Seminary and Chairman of their Investment Committee. He is also Vice Chairman on the Board and Treasurer of Human Rights Watch where is also Chairman of both the Investment Committee and the Human Capital and Organizational Diversity Committee. 

He received a bachelor's degree in 1983 from Dartmouth College where he is a member of the Presidents Leadership Council and a master's degree in 1987 from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business where he has been a guest lecturer since 2006.

He and his wife Laura have been married for 27 years and have 4 grown children. He has completed numerous marathons and triathlons including 5 IRONMAN World Championships in Kona, Hawaii.
