A Celebration of Heroes, Heart and Hope will raise much-needed funding so physically challenged athletes can overcome the economic roadblocks to participation in sports and live their dreams. Money raised at this inspirational evening will be used by CAF to provide adaptive equipment, training and support to deserving physically challenged athletes across the United States -- and around the world.

Meet CAF-supported superstars like Sarah Reinertsen (above-knee amputee and star of CBS' The Amazing Race 10), military amputee David Rozelle (lost lower leg in Iraq; returned to combat on a prosthetic leg and later finshed Ironman Hawaii), Carlos Moleda (Navy SEAL wounded in Panama who is a 4-time Ironman World Champion), and special celebrity guests. A Celebration of Heroes, Heart and Hope promises to be a great evening -- for a great cause.
